T-LOCK BALANCE SHOE broke

I have uploaded the "good" t-lock balance shoe along with the broken side. it has a patent PAT#4610108 stamped on it and the window balance has 30B stamped on it.
Please let me know what all I will need to get to repair the window

Hello,

This looks like our S795-30 channel balance with a 30B strength option. One difference you'll notice is that ours uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley instead of the hook shown on your balance.

You may be able to use our stock balance if the hook on your balance installs in a square cutout that will fit our 26-200 screw plug. If not, we can custom make balances with a hook instead of a screw tab but we'd need to know how many you'd like to order. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. Thank you!
