T-Lock Balance Shoe

I am looking for replacement balance shoes to replace the pictured that have broken. The broken parts had a hook at the top that accepted the balance spring. The width of the shoe is 1.25" and the height is approximately 1.75-2.0 inches. I am not sure of the exact height since the hook is broken off.

I think this is part number 15-195 or 15-195B.

Can you review and advise on the correct part to order?
