Image shows the bottom rail of a single hung window. I cannot find any markings indicating manufacturer. Installed by builder in 1997.
The T channel strip is shown (protruding from the channel slightly mangled) white hard vinyl. Exposed part is 3/8" wide, the internal part is about 3/16" wide. I need to replace on most windows.
Also, is there a weather strip for the underside of the rail? Width of the bottom rail 1 1/4". There is a slot there where perhaps a T channel strip should go, but the windows in the home do not have any existing weather stripping to compare.
The bottom rail of the top window does have a weather strip. It is 3/4" wide, t channel part is 3/16", and has a bulb or rounded portion on one side. Show in photo where I am holding it. Would this style of weather stripping go in the bottom window too? Thanks for your help

Found one window with an intact seal on the bottom rail of the operable lower sash. The T slot is 3/16" inch, the width up to the bulb is 7/16". Think part number 58-182 could work here?

I agree, our 58-182 looks like a great match for the seal you show in your photos. As long as the dimensions all match up then I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
