Issue with T-Lock Shoe

Question

I thought I had ordered the right parts, but the T-lock Balance Shoes I received have a "thicker" profile that the black one that I took off of the balance channel from the current window. I'm looking for a replacement t-lock balance shoe that will fit the channel I have.

Also, the parts I ordered were for the closed cam and the parts I received were open cam. I don't know if that makes a difference in the fit, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Sorry to hear the shoes did not work out for you, the 15-195 . However, we did in fact also send you the wrong shoes to begin with! It looks like we sent you the 15-195B open cam shoes by mistake. Obviously this is an error on our part. My manager is going to send you a return label via email. If you can return those shoes to us, we will refund you immediately thereafter. Apologies for that additional problem.

Now, all that aside, the 15-195 is not what you need. Judging from the groove in your old shoe, I think you need our 15-236 instead. Give it a look and see what you think.
