T lock balance bottom

I ordered the grey two on your site but they are still the wrong size. The black one is a spare balance I have for another window. Measures one inch wide. New ones are alittle thicker.

Hello,
It looks like you may have a skinny ribbed balance with the channel measurements shown below, which uses the 15-230 T-lock shoe. If so, we can supply the replacements that you need but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we will need to know the code stamped on your original balance channel, as well as confirm the length, not including the T-lock shoe. We'll also need to confirm if your balance uses a screw tab of hook at the end of the pulley cord for installation. Thank you!

32B is stamped. 32" long without the shoe. I will need (6) of the 32" long ones and (6) of the 26B balances also. All use the screw tab.
