T lock balance shoe.
I am replacing some t lock balance shoes. I bought replacements 15-195 on your website bit have no idea how to replace.

The old shoe should snap off and the new 15-195 should just snap on. Are you sure the 15-195 is the proper replacement? Can we see a few pictures of your old hardware?
