Thank you for writing into us, John. Your t-lock shoe looks like our 15-194. Look it over and see if you agree.

Thanks but that is not the one if you look at the pic you will see that at the hook it starts out with a small divot and increases to about twice the size at the shoe. I believe the window is a Pella window

My apologies. In looking at your photos more distinctively, our 15-194 t-lock shoe will not work for this application. You will need to replace the entire channel balance. Please remove the balance from the window and send us photos showing the balance. We will need to know the length, as well as, any stampings or markings that may appear on the balance. Thank you.
