T-slot Foam Seal for Sash

Hello,
I want to replace the T-slot foam seals on the bottom of my window sashes. Image and sketch attached. "Q-LON" is printed on the weather strip. This appears to be Part No. QET 4001 from the Schlegel website. Can you provide that weather strip or a suitable substitute?

Hey, Geoff. Check out our 58-182. This appears similar to your dimensions, but check it out and let me know if you agree.
