T-slot rubber weather stripping

Question

I need to purchase the weather stripping in the above pictures for the aluminum track holding the windows on a curtain wall on a commercial office building.

I'm afraid we don't have any weatherstripping like this. These windows are fairly old, and I don't think you'll find an exact match anywhere. Your best bet may be a local mom and pop type hardware store who supplies older hardware.
