Top of the T looks like 1/16
I think the 58-162 would fit, however, it's not a sweep, it runs the entire length (H) of the door frame, not the bottom. Thanks for doing this research.

I am afraid I don't believe we have anything quite intended for a setup like that; however, if the 58-162 dimensions match what you have, and it can fit that channel, I don't see why it wouldn't work for you.
