Before we go any further, I need you to confirm a few details:

• First, can you verify the length of the metal channel? It should be 34" exactly.
• Can you also tell me the exact weight of the sash that these balances support?
• How many of these did you need?

Thank you. That does appear to be just shy of 34".

So, we cannot provide this size. All of our balances are made in full inch increments as a rule. There is a chance that the 1/8" difference can be impactful, in which case you would need to make a new installation hole at the top of the window to compensate for the difference. However there's also a good chance that the 34" will work fine as-is. It's one of those things where you won't know until you install it.

Just note that custom balances are non-refundable. What I'm going to do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for 2 balances made to the following configuration:

• 34" ribbed metal channel, using our Series 751 as a base
• Swapping the knife lock shoe that comes with our Series 751 for the 15-233 instead. This shoe is blue instead of red but should work the same way.
• A 33TG stamp, which carries 29 through 36 pounds. This should be the modern version of your old 33TGX stamp.
