Hello, Ken. It sounds like you need both casement window operators and hung window channel balances. Is that accurate?
In both cases, the numbers provided unfortunately don't help me determine a match. I'm going to need you to remove an undamaged sample of each part from their respective windows and show me clear photos. For the operator, I need one single photo that shows the entire mechanism. For the balance, I need a clear picture of the top nylon fitting, bottom nylon fitting, and the hook at the end of the cord. Please let me know if that will be possible.
