My window broke suddenly. Had NO idea what happened, nor how to repair. Googled window repair, but everyone only wanted me to purchase NEW windows. Then through You Tube, I found SWISCO. GREAT COMPANY !!! I now know what happened, to my window, know the names of the replacement parts, and actually repaired the window myself. THANK YOU to your great knowledgable representatives getting the correct parts to me, after I incorrectly ordered them. Thamk you ALL for being there when I didn't know what to do ...
