Hello how are you ? We are writing to you from Lake House Hotel in Woodridge New York, we are looking for this door knob lock, we wanted to know what you recommend, since we were buying similar ones but they are not compatible with the lock system. I show you the broken version and the functional version

Hello there!

We don't sell this exact style of handle. The 82-086 is similar though and has the thumb lever in an offset position. The hole center spacing is 3-15/16". Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Unfortunately, we do not sell the thumb lever separately.
