The only thing that I can physically see that's written on the right window frame is UB28D. The support frame thickness is point 534.5", it needs to be 28 or 29 inches long.
I have 13 windows and I have to replace the frame springs on all of them that's a total of 26 SPRING FRAMES. The installation of these spring frames are very easy to install providing that you have the right combination size I'm hoping that you guys can help me with this so that I can finally get this entire project done.

It sounds like you need new window balances but I can't be sure without pictures. We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory.
