THe handle that you turn was overturned and twisted the innards right off themselves and detached. The white handle can be easily pulled off. I think the whole unit needs replacing but I'm not sure.
I am hoping that your outfit might carry the replacement part and if so, how much and will you ship to Canada. FedEx is best where I live.

Hey, Susan. It's hard to tell exactly what operators these are based on the angle of your pictures, but check out our 39-140 and 39-143 to start. Carefully compare the specs we show to your own hardware and see if either is a match.
