TIlt Window Replacement Parts

Pt. 1

I'm sending two requests. These are half the images I have.

One is a 1" pivot lock shoe.
The other is a 24" channel balance rail/spring (?) and t-pivot.

What's happening is when the windows are opened, they don't stay up. The guides are broken.

See our S795-24, with a stamp option of 24B. You'll need the 15-194 1" T-Lock Shoe sold separately. One issue here however is that your old balance connected to the top of the window track with a hook, whereas our stock balances use a screw clip instead. Can you show me the hole in the window track that the hook connects to? That will tell us the best course of action before proceeding here.

For the tilt latches, see if the 26-442 match up. For the pivot bars, see the 26-360 and 26-415.
