I'm afraid I can't identify what top sash guide you have based on these photos. I can only really see the top of it, but it would be more helpful to see the entire thing.
Please remove the top sash guide from the window and show me a clear photo of it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot. Please also do not take a photo of a tape measure; we cannot garner precise size from such photos and they tend to just obscure important details.
