TRACO door handle replacement

Question

I Need a replacement TRACO door handle and parts for a swing open Glass door . I have attached images of what I need. This parts are from 1988 I believe as thats when the building was built.

This looks an awful lot like our 38-142, though I thought this was only meant to be used on casement windows. Look it over and let me know if you could use it in the case of your door.
