ON LIKE THIS IS BROKEN AND IT STAYS DOWN WITH THE PIVOT WHEN I OPEN THE WINDOW. WHERE CAN I BUY ONE OR TWO TO REPLACE IT.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your coil balance assembly fully removed from the window, including the pivot shoe and coil springs, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
