Thanks for posting! I believe you existing casement operator is an older version of our 39-171. The opposite handed version is part 39-172. Take a look at the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that this is the right replacement. The Snap-Stud Bracket seen in the photo is part 39-545 (the opposite version being part 39-546).

There are three different types of compatible crank handles; two non folding parts 39-114 and 39-114L (which is an upgraded version of the 39-114) and one folding handle, part 39-205.
