TRUTH 45035-RH casement crank on a 22 x 50 window

Contractor from Seattle
The patient is a 22 by 50 inch casement window with a Truth 45035-RH window crank. The window cranks open, but the threads holding the cranking screw in place are stripped and the window will not crank back in. the retainer nut turns and allows the cranking screw to walk out of the cast aluminum body holding the screw.

Casement is from 1987 and the window interior trim is stained, varnished natural fir.

Would like to find a match that is dark brass in color or medium brass color. Since the window trim is stained fir, a painted casement crank would not look like it fits.

Do you have anything that fits or works?
I attached a picture, Hope that helps.

As I am reading your inquiry, it very much sounds like the gears are stripped out. Our 39-171 operator may work for you as it shows a great deal of similarities to yours. This Truth operator is only available in white. However, you are still able to re-use the bracket on your part. Take a look and let us know what you think.
