I am looking for the equivalent TRUTH brand operator as the attached picture... I know it is from TRUTH hardware but have no other identification marks.

Take a look at our 39-171 and 39-172, I think you'll find these match up pretty well.

Thank you Tom for your response.. I am not sure these are equivalents as my unit does not have a cover in front of the crank. I prefer to do an even swap. Am I missing something ?

Well, it's possible your sill trim is just covering up your old operator's cover, but I could be wrong. If you want to be 100% sure, you will need to remove the sill cover and remove the operator entirely from the window so we can get a better look. From there, we can confirm whether or not these will work.
