My bathroom window has a dual arm window crank, made by TRUTH, that is not functioning (opening or closing). As shown, when fully extended, the arm is about 11".
I need parts, and instructions on how to repair. This house was built in 1991 and I assume the window hardware is that old too.
If you know of a repairman, experienced with TRUTH Hardware, near Golden, CO, please let me know.
