Is this a left handed or right handed crank for casement window? I need both. Thanks

This item is considered neutral because the gear bore is in the center, so it can be used with any window.

Can you flip it so the handle can flip out to the right or to the left?

No, while the 39-107FK can work on either side of a window, its handle only nests in one direction.
