I need to find the part in the pic.  The arm length is about 12" - single arm - 6 screws - has a roller on the single arm.  The original part is labeled TRUTH 14D403

Thanks for posting. The 13-1/2" straight arm operator is the closest match I believe. Double-check your dimensions to see if it matches up.
