Trying to determine coil balance replacement

I am trying to determine what size is needed for this coil balance replacement part. The sticker I found on the window is uploaded as well if that helps.

Hi there- thanks so much for posting!

Unfortunately, the manufacturers stickers won't tell us much in most cases. We will need to see your coil balance removed from the window to be able to determine the best replacement option for you!

Thanks for the additional photos. Your pivot shoe should be compatible with our 15-175. We also estimate the sash weight of your window to be at 15.5 pounds. Therefore, we recommend going with our S152-8 coil spring. It would be best for you to provide us wit the stamped number on your current coil. If there shouldn't be a number, weigh your sash and confirm the weight we have guessed for you.
