I AM TRYING TO LOCATE TWO REPLACEMENT WINODW CRANK ASSEMBLY FOR A CASEMENT WINODW AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED PHOTOS, THAT OPEN THE LEFT AND RIGHT WINDOWS. THE ONLY MARKING ON THE OLD CRANK ARE NUMBERS:40447 AND 41012 AND A DATE 11/19/01.
Other part # 31876,41012,40447 truth hardware.I just took out the 4 screws holding up the whole assembly attached to the casement window.I need the whole assembly for 2 casement windows one cranks open left the other cranks open right.
Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks like our 39-253RB. The opposite handed versions is our 39-253LB. To confirm that these are the correct replacements, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
These operators use the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider which is compatible with the 39-528 14-1/2" Casement Track. Also, these operators are not sold with covers in tact, so you'll also need to purchase the 39-451 and 39-452.
You may also need the compatible brackets, parts 39-545 and 39-546.
