Tab for the window spring

Question

Hi! I hope I'm using the right term here (what my handyman told me).
My window is "off the spring" on one side. I am looking for the tab on which the spring (spiral metal part) terminates.
I have circled the part (from the other side of the window).
I have also attached the picture of the window sticker.

Hi there! It sounds like you're referring to your pivot shoe. If so, we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
