Tab locks are dry rotted

Hi there. My windows have these pull the on either side that must be grasped and pulled inward to unlock the window. I don't have the manufacturer but these are HUD certified windows from approx the 80s if that helps. Hope you can help!

The design of your latch reminds me a bit of our 26-295, but I'm not 100% sure this will work for you. Look over our dimensions and let me know what you think.
