Table drawer guide/slide

To clarify the size, total width is 2 inches, space between screw holes is 1 1/4 inch, length is 1 1/2 inches, and depth of the inside glide part is 1/4. I didn't mark it on the picture but the length of the inside glide part is 1 1/2. I am hoping I can get one that fits the screw holes so I don't have to drill new holes but I know that may not be possible.
