High top table legs have the attached bolt and grommets, several grommets are missing making the table slightly unstable. The bolt goes through the leg into the table top, 2 per leg. As stated several places on the table top have a missing grommet. The brass fixture is 3/4 inches in length.
I have purchased furniture parts from SWISCO in the past.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the table fastener shown in your photos. If possible, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
