Hello - we purchased this window from Home Depot, a Tafco 30 x 48 casement window. The locking latch is damaged, and we haven't been able to get any help from HD or Tafco.
Can you please help us identify which part this would be for ordering on your site?

Hello,
Based on your photo, the multipoint locks related on this page come to mind. I recommend reviewing the specifications for each part to see if one of them matches yours. Keep in mind that the projection of the fork is an important factor. Thanks for posting.
