I have these roller assemblies on my windows installed by builder in 2002. Obviously, one broke and local companies do not have replacements in stock. Can you HELP?

Unfortunately, we have been unable to find your exact sliding window roller. Look at and compare our 87-059 roller assembly to your own and see if you can use it as a replacement.
