I have a Viplex "Series 4000" sliding french door with tandem rollers. Do you know what the replacement part number might be?

I'm afraid not, we aren't familiar with this door. We will need to see a picture of the roller out of the door in order to find a match.

Can you confirm it is the 81-138?

Thanks for the pictures! This certainly looks similar to our 81-138, but I can't confirm. It will come down to the finer dimensions. We list all the important dimensions for the 81-138 on its store page that you can use as reference.
