Tandem roller

I received the tandem roller today that I had ordered. Unfortunately, it is not exactly what I need. It is perfect EXCEPT I need rollers with a groove (see photo). Do you have tandem rollers in stock that have a groove in each one?

Hello! I'm not sure what roller it is you ordered from us, but your picture appears to match our 81-018. It's hard to tell based on this picture. Would this work f or you?

Yes, I have already ordered the 81-018 and have installed it. It works perfectly. It IS true that two new sets of rollers should always be installed when replacing. We already had one new one, but couldn't find another. We went online and found your website. We will definitely contact your company again for replacements, based on response times and customer service. Thank you.
