Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

I've come across this situation before. It seems that on some of the original tandem rollers they made, the mounting tabs were bent in such a way that the roller housing would go further into the bottom rail on the door.

They no longer make them in this style, I'm afraid. If your door is a wood type patio door, see if you can notch the bottom rail on the door where the mounting tabs are so that the roller housing can go deeper into the door. I believe the difference is around 3/16" deeper.

If your door is not wood then I'm afraid you don't have many options. You'll need to contact a store near you who carries older, discontinued hardware and hope that they have older stock available. These just aren't around anymore.
