Techline "West Gernamy" Cupboard Door hinge Replacement?

This is a hinge off an old touchline cupboard door. the base plate attachment to the inside of the cabinet has cracked.

The moveable part has West Germany 3815 stamped on it along with a log. showing a triangle with a circle inside it. THe cracked base shows the same circle inside a triangle logo and also has 4176/77 stamped inside one side of a cracked flange and 117 stamped on the other cracked flange
