Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say that we do not have technicians we would be able to send out to you. However, we do have videos that may be helpful in showing you how to remove and install the hardware, if you are okay with a "DIY" project.

I'll just need to see a photo of the hardware you are looking to replace and I would be more than happy to take a lock for you.
