Tenant Property damage

Question

Tenant move into this condo and tried to open one window and it was very difficult to move. Tenant caused damage trying to move it. I need help with fixing that window and potentially others.

Hello there. This is a lot of wear and tear, and it seems to me likely there was considerable damage to this window to begin with. The tilt latches might be the 26-243A and 26-244A, but you'll need to compare to the old ones to confirm.

For the coil balance system in the window tracks, you'll need to remove one and show us photos of the pivot shoe at the bottom the springs attach to--we'll also need the thickness of the coil tape (should be 1/2" or 3/8"). Finally we'll need the exact weight of the window sash the springs support. We should be able to narrow it down from there.
