Tenants broke my shoe

A landlord from New Jersey says:
I have a rental property. The tenants broke the shoe in the tilt window, and I think they took the pivot bar with it.

What parts do you recommend?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
This pivot shoe looks like our 15-178. Our 26-352 and 26-236 or 26-237 nylon housings might work for the pivot bar, even though it's not as long. Please review and see what you think.
