Tension Spring for a Patriot Mfg. window screen:

This part looks exactly like an Andersen Tension Spring I found online which was for a Screen in a door but the dimensions are different. The one I found online was 5/16" wide and 4" long. The ones I need are 1/4" wide and 3 1/4" long.

Thanks for posting! I'm not sure which SWISCO Product code it is you're looking at, but take a look at our 70-011. Could this be a match for your old spring?
