Tension or Balance System

Question

I have Soft-Lite Barrington Double Hung Windows (2012) and today the top sash wouldn't go all the way up, we've been told it's the tension or balance system that needs to be replaced.  I would like a quote on the parts needed to replace both sides of this system (if not sold in a set). Happy to provide any other information that may be needed.

Hello,

Your coil balance assembly appears to use the 15-087 housing pivot and 15-186 tandem housing, which use the S180 coil springs. You'll need to remove the original coil springs to check for stamp numbers that correlate to the strength options needed for the S180 replacements.
