Tension pull on one side has gone into the window slide area

Question

I do not see a manufacturer of the windows in the home. On the window latches looks like MM. how do I connect my tension strap?

It looks like your channel balance has broken. I cannot identify what you need from these photos, though. I'm also not sure how you're going to get that hook back in the hole after it's fallen through.
