Tension spring? Pricing and availability

Question

3/8 diameter x 36 inch long interior tube with spiral rod incased. The plastic tube was approximately 34 inches long and was broken so that's a guesstimate. All rubber tips are black regardless of size so I don't believe they were color coded. Window is 35wide x 70 1/2 long   Tried to upload photos but no luck.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you verify the the diameter of the plastic tube was 3/8"? No 3/8" balance I know of was ever made with a black tip color option. That's exclusive to the 9/16" size balances.

Either way, assuming that this is a tilt window then you only have two options: the 3/8" Series 900 or the 9/16" Series 600. The size is determined by the outer tube, not the internal spring.
