Tensioners 29 4 CM BSI 30" length

Question

Hello - just bought a house built in 2003, and every tensioner on every window is shot.  It is in a hot climate and all of the platsic clips got brittle and broke.  I need 14 tensioners and at least 14 of the top clips that affix to the window itself.  Thankfully all 7 windows are identical, so the tensioners should all be the same.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Regarding the other two components, they're too damaged to identify. You will need to remove the same components from your undamaged windows and show me a photo of them both without obstruction. We can then check our inventory for a match in each case.
