The 39-216 worked perfectly!

A quick learner from East Providence, RI says:
Just wanted to thank you for the quick shipment, etc! The arm fit and worked perfectly. This was quite a bit easier than I thought it was going to be when my original arm broke a few days ago.

Thanks again!

Great news! If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask. I would be more than happy to help in any way that I can.
A handy person from Monterey MA says:
Greetings, Tom:

Can you identify the following from a casement window in house built in 1995?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure! Assuming you just want the cover, then that would be our 39-107. I am very confident that this will be compatible with your old operator.

If you wanted the operator itself, then we can still help, but I would need a clear photo of it removed from the window. That way I can see the whole mechanism.

Please let me know if you wanted to pursue that, or otherwise if you had any questions in general.
