The Crank to open the window

I was told that I need a "left" handed crank for my windows... the Crank is stripped and I am unable to close the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at the cell phone number below.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to look into this. Can you remove the operator from the window and linkage? We'd like to see photos of the top and bottom installation tabs, as well as a clear shot of the link arm.

I need Awning Window Cranks...I believe the product code is 39-025...1-24. Any suggestions and your help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to purchase Two (2) at first but would need Eight (8) additional if the parts fit. Thanks in advance for your help. Jim

I'm afraid we can't confirm if the 39-025 is what you have here. The link arm appears to be broken off which is a very important detail. If you can, we'd like to see a photo of a complete and undamaged assembly removed from the window. Written out dimensions would also be helpful!
