The Outside handle broke

I need to replace this but don't have any idea how to identify the parts. I looked on your website but I can't figure out the measurements as the length of the inside handle is 9 and 3/4 long. Please help. I don't want to have to get a new door. Thank you.

Hello,

It looks like your handle set was installed upside down but our 82-086 should work as a replacement. You may just want to flip your mortise lock around to install the new handle right side up. Take a look at our video here to see how to orient the handle in the direction your door requires. Thank you.

Hi. I will follow what you say but I don't see how it could have been installed upside down. If it was installed upside down, the handle where you grab it to open to door would be facing towards the door jam/molding.

The handle can actually be removed and flipped independent of the base where the thumb lever is. If you don't want to flip your mortise lock around, you can remove the pull from the base on the 82-086 and flip that instead. Whatever's easiest for you.
