As several of these parts are broken, I would like to replace them. I don't know what they are called; there are no numbers or markings on the window or the hardware. I also do not know how to remove these parts.
I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Hey, Susan. The part you're looking for is called a vent lock, vent latch, nite lock, or anything of that variation. I don't know exactly what yours is but I feel confident that we can replace it. Start by looking at our 26-122 and 26-129.
As for removal, you'll have to use some brute force. These aren't made to come out so you'll have to break it to remove it. I recommend sliding a flat chisel under the lip to force it out.
